Josephat Bwire
Founder & CEO
Josephat Bwire was born and raised in Githurai, Kenya. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology & Economics from the University of Nairobi and post graduate diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Project Management. He has worked in the NGO sector in various departments for local, national & international NGOs. He is in charge of designing projects, fundraising and networking.
Lillian Nyakio
Senior Project Manager
Lilian holds a diploma in Community Development and a certificate in accounting from KCA University. She has worked with local & national NGOs for over 4 years before joining FYI. She is in charge of project implementations, and monitoring and organizing administrative roles.
Lilian Adhiambo
Accountant
Lilian holds a diploma in Project Management and a certificate in Accounting from KCA University. She has worked with local and national NGOs for over 2 years before joining FYI. She is in charge of organizing and managing accounts.
Emma Odongo
Project Manager
Emma holds a diploma in Social Welfare from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies. She has worked with local & national NGOs for 2 years before joining FYI. She is in charge of FYI's Nurturing Program and Mtaa Yangu “My Community” Programs.
Joyce Wangechi
Project Manager

Joyce holds a bachelors degree in Community Resource Management & Extension and certificate in leadership from Kenyatta University. She worked with an international NGO for one year before joining FYI. She is involved in the implementation of Inuka Micro-start project and Inuka Scholarship project.

Cecilia Njoroge
PROJECT MANAGER

Cecilia holds a bachelors degree in Community Resource Management & Extension and certificate in leadership from Kenyatta University. She worked with national & international NGOs for two years before joining FYI. She is in involved in the implementation of Reproductive & Development Health Project, Back to School project, Grandmother Pig Revolving Project & Amplify Our Voices Project.

Stephen Ouma
Project Officer

Stephen holds a diploma in Community Development from Woodvale Institute of Professional Studies. He worked with local and national NGOs for over three years before joining FYI. He is involved with the implementation of Amplify Our Voices Project.

Benson Muteka
Project Officer
Benson holds a diploma in Information Technology from Kenyatta University. He has worked with national vocational centers and local I.T. institutions for over 4 years before joining FYI. He is the organization's I.T guru.
Emmah Wanjiru
Project Officer
Emma holds a diploma in Tailoring & Dress Making from the National Industrial Vocational Training Center of Nairobi. She has worked with various textile enterprises before joining FYI. She is in charge of the organization's tailoring and dress making programs.
Andrew Waswa
Field Officer
Andrew holds a certificate in chicken rearing from Kenchic Ltd. He has worked at various poultry farms before joining FYI. He is in charge of the organization's poultry project and egg distribution.
